Now, the world can see Kathmandu live. There are few live IP cameras enabled for streaming in the valley. We have been reported that the streaming is provided under the Mercantile Communications and Everest Net, along with some real-time image updates.

You will need Microsoft Windows Media Player components to view these live web cameras from Kathmandu. These are run under Microsoft Media Server (mms) technology.
Mercantile Communications has installed a live IP camera which streams video of Durbar Marg 24 hours, Live Web/IP Cam from Durbarmarg! Durbarmarg live camera can also be accessed from the official page at www.durbarmarg.com which also provides social commenting by the visitors.
You can view real-time images of Kathmandu Live from Lalitpur, camera is located on top of Everest Net building at Jawalakhel, updated every 15 minutes.
