Keeping a close eye to Nepal Tourism Year 2011, Nepal Telecom (NTC)- the largest mobile operator of the country has started distributing prepaid mobile ie Namaste SIM cards to foreigners as soon as they land on TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport) – the only international airport of the country.

Hotel Association Nepal (HAN), in collaboration with Nepal Telecom, will start distribution of NTC brand GSM pre-paid SIM cards for tourist entering Nepal via Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) from December 13.
