NTC's SKY CDMA is one of the best options, but you will need to purchase a device (called modem) or use a CDMA mobile phone for internet connection. UTL provides the same facility like NTC's SKY, also UTL got night only surfing and 24 hour connection but is really slow. You may also try dial up if your landline bill is what you can cover up.
