So far we don’t know about any official pdf version. However, if you find any pdf or soft copy or audio version of China harayeko manche then it would be illegal copy, according to the copyright page in the autobiography itself.
Personally, I would love to have audible version (sadly none of the Nepalese novels yet available in Audible)
