Nowhether did they mention that RCI is a Nepalese company or inclined with Nepal atleast, Red Couch is a Houston, Texas based development company who have made websites and web applications for many of Nepalese business houses like choudhary group, Ace development bank, norvic hospital, Unilever Nepal, Yeti airlines, and many more as stated here: http://www.redcouchinteractive.com/profile1/our-clients/
Surprisingly the official website of Nepal Telecom NTC was also designed and developed by Red Couch Interactive. We couldn’t make more out of it, RCI must have some big Nepalese influence.
