Who is responsible to check the hacked Nepalese websites?

KeymasterMany many many… yes many nepalese government websites are hacked time and again. Which department or ministry or organization controls or monitors the status of Nepalese websites?
This is written in refernce to that many Nepalese governement websites listed below are hacked (in hacked status) today while the Nepal Government Officials and webmasters are unaware of:
1. Department of Trasportation management Nepal, hacked by Hacked by L-H-G ( LordHACKERS GROUP ) http://dotm.gov.np/index.php?action=view_content&article_id=2
2. Visit the links in that site to go to other hacked sites -
