I have started receiving feed file too big error from Facebook’s instant articles all of sudden.

Your feed file is too big

The feed file you provided is over 5MB, please use a smaller feed and try again.

I have connected by production RSS feed from WordPress for Instant Articles, but this error is strangely produced now. Any idea?

Looks like your Instant Articles feed page has surpassed Facebook’s limitation of 5MB. In fact, 5MB is already huge. You should consider reducing the feed file size.

But, how do you reduce the production level feed file?

Depending upon the Plugins you use for generating Instant Articles, you might want to lower the number of WordPress post feeds for the IA feed link.

For example with AMP for WP plugin, it allows you to control the number of posts to generate for Instant Articles. If you leave this setting empty, it will generate Instant Articles for All posts (500 limits) and this can generate a huge chunk of file size. You might want to reduce this number of posts to 100 or so WordPress articles.
Go to AMP plugin settings > Settings > Instant Articles > Facebook Instant Articles Settings > Number of Posts > Save Changes.
Let me know if this works.
