Music Beta by Google – a look and invitations

Well, how do you listen music across your iPhone, Laptop, work computer and others. If you live in internet, then you must have already been using any music streaming service to listen the same collection of your favorite music across all devices. Music Beta by Google is one of the youngest players, announced on May 10th, 2011 at Google I/O conference. Google Music service is an entirely browser based music streaming service also supporting Android based gadgets. This makes Google Music Cloud easy to use. We expect Google Music Beta will be integrated into Google+ in recent future.

Music Beta is now available only for US residents and by invitation only. If you want invitation to Google’s Music Beta, then comment us in this article, when we have free invitations left we will send to you email (preferrably gmail). We have explored Music Beta interface, signup and invitation, follow the screenshots and associated descriptions.

When you friend invites you to music beta to your gmail, you will be greeted with the screenshot as shown below.

Google Music is a kind of repository of your personal music collection, aims to avoid hassles of wires or syncing among gadgets. Music Beta is free for a limited time only, and is for legally purchased music files only, as said in the invitation page.

The free songs download to your music library consist of several musical genres including Alternative, Indie, Blues, Classical, Electronic, Jazz, R&B, World and many more.

Google’s Music Manager is a computer install to manage files to the music library. The interface is too simple, and syncs the music in the background.

The music beta library is a cool preview of albums, genres and artists. One can make playlists, and instant mixes – Instant mixes use a combination of metadata and audio analysis to create playlists that match the mood and style of your selection.
How long one have to wait to get invitation to music beta is still unknown, we occasionally get the invites in a pair. We will give you free Music Beta invites as soon as we get them.
