NCell provides their nano SIM. Not sure about NTC, but you can cut SIM with SIM Cutters available in many of the mobile repair and sell shops.

why can’t support ntc nano sim in iphone 5?

Do you have NTC’s nano SIM or you cut a SIM to fit in iPhone 5? If you cut, then ensure your cut SIM has not broke the circuit intact in the card.
