I purchased X114 Quad from Tamrakar House, the most notorious of all the distributers in Kathmandu, Nepal. I found that the camera is dysfunctional. The images are blurred and clouded when flash is used. I reported is twice and demanded at least it to be changed with other one. After having checked, they blamed that all the X114 were defective and they won’t replace again. I suspected a foul play and decided to report you on this regard. Plz help how can I restore mutual trust with this company.
