    Hello Micromax Team,

    I have bought this phone(model number A69 Bolt) before 2 months ago…..this phone has a lot of problem occured time to to time. I have soon to micromax care center Tamrakar(Nepal) time time to time. I have dropped this to your care center for at least 3 times They could not find out the problem. what i have to do with this phone.

    This kind of service is not good for your company.

    totally disappointed………..micromax a255 model, the main problem was mic. it happenned during dashain 2017. i went at ctc mall micromax service centre at the end of November, 3 days before my warranty expired. They repaired it on warranty but the same problem occurred the following day……………it wont last more than 24 hours………..i repaired this a255 for 3 times and the problem is still there. They even had my phone for 3 days and stil could ot repair it. If it can not be repaired even on warranty then how could it be possible it will get repaired if i pay for it? They should have repaired it permanently in the first time. If it could not be repaired then they should have told me. I could have told the seller Daraz.com from whom i purchased to do the neeedful. What the hell is wrong with this repair centre …this freaking phone. If i can not talk on my phone then what is the point of using it? It has just been a year. Before warranty expired it showed the problem, just in 10 months……..so disappointing…………….Please do the needful
