Ncell has introduced newer schemes on its data tariff and other fun services to mark another change of its corporate theme. The Ncell double New Year bonanza has been released to observe new Nepali year 2067.
THT writes on its print – Keeping up to its promises and expectations of its subscribers- has come up with a smashing double New Year bonanza.
Now onwards, Ncell subscribers will be able to browse the internet via GPRS (Team TechSansar don’t know why Ncell calls its just GPRS while they have EDGE enabled data network) at incredibly low rates of Rs 6 per megabyte (which is still large compared to other networks – and in India.)
“This facility will be available in all Ncell subscriptions such as pre-paid, post-paid and corporate subscription,” said the company that has recently re-branded itself from Mero Mobile to Ncell.
“We have slashed down the rates so that our subscribers can enjoy world-class contents using the internet even as their mobile phones are anywhere,” according to the company.
Similarly, Ncell has launched mobile content portals for its subscribers who can now enjoy accessing new games, ring tones, wallpapers, themes, videos and mobile applications that match different handset types.
The content can be accessed via Ncell WAP or web portal @ http://wap.ncell.com.np .
“We are excited to be the first mobile operator in Nepal to offer a WAP portal for our subscribers. This is one of the first steps to confirm our new brand values which include being a pioneer in the Nepali mobile market,” Pasi Koistinen added.
