1. iOS 6

2. Processer
The iPhone 5 comes with an A6 chip that is twice as fast in its CPU and graphics ability. Along with the A6 chip, Apple is promising “console quality graphics.” iPhone 5 have 4G LTE Technology with improved Wi-Fi connection and supports 802.11a/b/g/n.
3. Navigation
The iPhone 5 comes with larger 4-inch Retina Display with a longer 16:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1136 x 640 with 5 rows of icons. The iPhone 5 is the thinnest and lightest iPhone that Apple has ever made, measuring 7.6mm in thickness and 112 grams in weight and is constructed “entirely” out of glass and aluminum. It’s 18% thinner and 20% lighter than iPhone 4S. There are three microphones in the iPhone 5, which will support HD voice and also includes a redesigned loudspeaker that’s 20 percent smaller than before.
4. Battery
The battery in iPhone 5 beats all the iPhones with its improvement in display and A6 chips. It comes with 8 hours of 3G talk time, 3G and LTE browsing, 10 hours of Wi-Fi browsing, video, 40 hours of music listening and 225 hours of standby time.
5. Dock Connector
Apple introduces a -new Lightning dock connector which is 80 percent smaller than its traditional 30-pin cable, this 8-pin all-digital plug.
6. Camera
A new 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a hybrid IR filter will be present on the iPhone 5, with improved low light performance and 40 percent faster photo capture. The revamped camera also supports 1080p video capture, and users can now snap photos while recording video at the same time. Apple is also adding in a new Panorama mode to its camera software.
